seriously. when you come from the big city (I hail from the fair swamps of Houston), towns like Waco barely flies on the wall. I can't imagine growing up in a place like Waco or Tyler...3 years here has been enough!

It's in front of a shopping center. And there's roads. And parking lots. Grass, here and there.

In front of the used-to-be-Target that now it Hemispheres/Dollar Tree by Vista Ridge? If it is, I live right near there.

Whoa.

the one i went to was in arlington, but i think i know what you're talking about Shocked

Yeah, B&N. And all those other stores. And a few more.

Did I mention that this one time, my friend went up to get some food at Chick-Fil-A, and she sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes and nobody asked her anything at the sign, and then she realized it was a Sunday?
And did I also mention that she did this twice?

i live in tyler now, but im originally from NYC and Tyler seems really, really small. to me.

but its nice. a nice town. it has two highschools. very smalltownish. even though it's a 'city'. i consider it a big town. not a city. cities have a big urban area. like a bustling downtown district. Tyler's downtown stinks poo.

bigtown Tyler.

When I heard small town I thought it was going to be tiny.

Like a one red light type of town.

Fort Payne (AL), has a population of: Population (year 2000): 12,938.

I was in shock when I got to Tyler!

In actuality I live between two towns called Fyffe, and Geraldine. I just claim Ft. Payne because I went to school there and I work there and I grew up there.

Fyffe has a population of: Population (year 2000): 971

Geraldine has a population of: Population (year 2000): 786

Now THOSE are small! Laughing
