This is the closest description of eisley I have ever heard. I mean who needs to pigeon hole a band anyway, they are really 'indie' but there something really 'art' about eisleys music, dont you think? _________________

I just say, "Hey, you should check out this band, Eisley." "What do they sound like, man?" "Eisley." _________________ signed: Omygosh, Emperor of Shmo **the turtle stamp of approval** www.soulstrum.com |

I'd say that describes it as good as any other genre name. They need to have a meeting and come up with something to help people describe them ... heh. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

I'm sure plenty of people have made up genres for Eisley. Like the way brand new is called "heartcore" or "mainstreamocore" or my close personal favorite, "extremainstreamocore". ahrm. I just call Eisley "fabulous". _________________ guitarfreak217 wrote: Everyone, listen to Leigh. She knows what's up. theantrider wrote: My jaw hurts and I have an ulcer. when i think of art rock, i think of Sonic Youth and other artsy New York bands, tight pants/shirt bands with compilicated yet simple sounds, with a bunch of feedback. _________________ http://www.nicholasvenaglia.com |
