Do you know how many people there are on here from the Austin area? i'm from austin... and was at the brewtones show too. (i'll add a "me too"... yes, it was an AMAZING show.) now i wish i'd have said "hello" to ali, as he was the only person from the board (besides boyd, kim, and the band) that i recognized from afar -- the cowboy hat was easy to spot. john in south austin... who is still dreaming about the beautfiul music, the beautiful people, and the $1 frapp that kept me awake on the aftershow drive to the in-laws' house in longview. |

Now that I'm looking at video, I'm there again...watching it, re-living it... and wishing I wasn't videotaping.... wishing I was just about 4 rows deep, listening under the speakers...enjoying the moment without trying to capture it for documentation/history sake. Nevertheless...here I am... there again. Did that make sense? _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. I had my camera in my pocket for the first half of the show because I knew I'd be distracting myself from the music. _________________ "Aren't we all hanging from a fragile vine awaiting an inevitable plunge to doom while mice gnaw at our temporary safety?
