Dear Eisley, We, the people of the board, will love you no matter what. Whether anyone else knows it or not, we will always know what genuine people you are. We will always know how much you care about the fans and how much effort you put into everything. Once you hit it big, with or without a single, which we are confident you will, you may not have as much time for this board, but we still will always know you care about the fans. We feel very thankful to know of Eisley from the start and be able to experience this all first hand. We will always know what lovely people you are. We will always know how hard you try. We will always know all the struggles and all the risks you put yourselves through to make not only yourselves happy, but us happy as well. We will never forget how much effort you put into all of this. We will never forget that you try to fight the system, while trying to gain fans, while trying to stay true to your roots. We will never stop loving you. We the people of the board, want you to know this. We want you to realize that whether or not you can write a hit single, you write songs that mean something to us, and more importantly- to you. We know that you will never stop doing that, and that is yet another reason we love you. Don't change who you are, because we love you. Please know that in the case you become huge and the top band in the world, or in the case you stay the same popularity you are... we will always be here, and we do not plan on going anywhere. We are as faithful to you, as you are to us. And I, Carrie, would not be saying "we" if I did not truely believe I was not the only one thinking this. We know this album will be amazing and we will love it. I am saying this in hopes to relieve some of the stress being brought apon you. We know that you know how much we love and appreciate what you do- but I just thought I'd sum up everything everyone has been saying into this one thread. I felt the desire to say it. That is all. Eisley has been so important to me these past few weeks - I dont think I could ever stop liking them. The music, the family, boyd, kim, the community - its all so amazing. I know I'll be first to volunteer to help the band and the community with whatever they need - because I love everything Eisley that much. I know Will would have been super supportive as well. Best letter EVER. You people make it obvious that you care. It's a rarity that a band lets the fans into their world in this manner and I have to say I really appreciate it. Through these posts, I've learned so much about the music industry which is something I'd really like to get into when I am older. It's educational on many levels, really. I've learned what goes into the music I listen to and I have a new found appreciation for a lot of artists. Eisley really does seem like it's composed of genuine people and that's something I look for in a lot of bands. Whatever you people put out, I'll be listening. I understand that the record company isn't trying to be "the man" or to mainstream-ize Eisley and I'm glad they aren't. I appreciate the fact they are trying to help and I really appreciate how Eisley is handling the "single" situation. You guys rock. Never change, please. |

Very nice letter Carrie... I agree with you, it is so great to be apart of a community of fans from the beginning, to watch the band grow. Through good times and bad reviews I am an Eisley fan always. Nothing would ever change that. _________________
