hmm.... what was the original topic of this room... oh yes! I'm the little brother of Bobby Mullins (vocalist/keyboards/congas of the jimmi sticks). he brought home an EP of Eisley's a few months ago and let me listen to it and i was psyched. He later revealed, once i had revealed my love for their sound, that they were going to not only finally make onto a Buzz Oven album, but play under Eisley and that other band...... uh there name escapes me... anyhoo! I was psyched, you heard it right, once again. twice in the same day, don't try this at home, kids, psyching out your siblings is a touchy art which can have painful and sorowing side effects if not taken with he upmost caution. So man, Eisley rocks..... and that's about all I can think up right now, I've got fish-sticks in the oven and mac on the stove!!! _________________ Forever BFF! |

making the thread faithful to the topic. i don't think there's any way i can get a tic before that night, so is there really no reason to drive 2 + hours or will i likely be able to get a ticket? someone mentioned it might sell out and/or will there be a show since everyone's sick? _________________ I am Torgo. no parking, huh? i don't get that, well i know it's downtown and space is limited, but you would think a venue that expects people would supply parking space. what makes it utterly insane is that they want you to pay for a space. is there an alley or a secret free place *psst* you can tell me. i'll keep it on the dl. _________________ I am Torgo. There IS place to park, the question is will they let you park in it. It's not that huge and i remember that in the past, it was reserved for the bands. There are some decent lots nearby, and even cheaper ones, if you feel like getting some exercise. I'm gonna walk walk walk, all day long, I'm gonna walk walk walk while i sing this song! Well, I'm gonna go.... walk.... i guess.... |

Yeah, if I were you I would just grit my teeth and shell out a couple bucks for parking and walk a little. It's really not that bad, unless you're going by yourself. Who knows, it may not be bad by yourself, I've never gone to a concert by myself... but it would definitely be dangerous. |
