HI!! I'm Tiffany, I heard you guys on the Edge Morning show yesterday. When I heard your song, Telescope Eyes, I was just like "damn, that's awesome" It's so crazy cool, and all of you are family and friends. BTW, does it bother you when people compare you to the Partridge Family? They weren't even a REAL family... _________________ Rock the Casa |

Hey everybody. My name is Ben. Im 16 years old. I love Eisley. I read about them around the internet and in magazines, so I checked out their website. I was really intruiged by them, and I love how they are just dedicated to making great art. I saw them my first, and hopefully not the last, time last night at tress in Dallas. It was an amazing show, everyone in the audience seemed to be enjoying it so much. The intensity of the band was really awesome. Well, thats enough for me now. I hope to talk to all of you sometime here on the message board. |

Hey, im max, im 15, and i enjoy music, poetry, long walks on the beach, and sleep. I first saw Eisley eating dinner at cafe brazil yesterday, and it was right then and there that i realised, "man, this band is someting special." They then went on to prove me right at the trees concert last night, which was truly one of the best concerts ive been to in a long time, even if i didnt win the autographed posterboard i so truly deserved _________________ "Life is very long when your lonely"-The Smiths |

i first saw eisley, the known as mosseisley, open for coldplay here in austin. before the show my friends, who were going with me, called and asked me who this unknown band from tyler was. we had no idea-they weren't on the original bill-would we make it time? we now know. they deserved their spot. and we were thrilled to make it as they launched into the first song. the entire set we looked on in disbelief and wonder. something happens to you when you first hear a band without knowing any of their material; rarely does that band later grow on you if they didn't give a great first impression. eisley blew us away and were quite approachable and amiable later. we got the story from sherri and staci while waiting for ron sexsmith to hop on. we left that night moved by coldplay, but i was humming eisley long into the next afternoon. at sxsw i had the distinct pleasure of seeing them again. at stubbs. with ed harcourt. the coral. polyphonic. supergrass. i had a wonderful time recognizing the melodies and watching the band truly enjoy the reception. and i know sxsw has the reputation of people chattering away over cellphones and beer ignoring bands, but from what i could tell the audience was into the music. and, of course, rolling stone was there... and that's it. that's my experience with eisley as a live band. two times. i'd love to see 'em again, perhaps even at the austin city limits music festival, perhaps even after midlake's set. i don't need to tell anyone how good the ep is: you all know. and now...i'm brad, a 25-year old new father retiring from three years of teaching to attend graduate school while still trying to run marathons and triathalons and listen to as much music as i can with my friends. ah, and today i'm going up to fort worth for a family reunion, something i've been looking forward to all month. |

hey im emily, and eisley is my favorite band. i saw them with coldplay at red rocks, i had to make my local independant cd celler order some copies (they had gotten 10 requests within 7 days after the show, thats pretty good!) and then i got the ep, and then they were my favorite band. thats about it. _________________ cellar door |

Hi Everyone. I'm 16 and I first saw Eisley in Boise, ID on the Coldplay tour and was amazed by their sound. I've been reading the boards here ever since (I kept putting off registering until now for some reason). Took me a week and a half after the concert to finally get my hands on a copy of the Laughing City EP since there weren't any copies at the concert since they hadn't recieved any, but it was worth it. Hopefully I can see them live again soon. |

hello. i'm troy from south carolina. about three months ago i made a purchase at my local sam goody store with an atm card, so they offered me to sign up for six free issues of entertainment weekly. ever since then i've continued to receive the issues, and in one of them i read about eisley playing a stage in cornerstone (where i've always wanted to play with my band) and catching a spot on the coldplay tour. i've searched everywhere online and have failed to find mp3s but fortunately yesterday i finally found the laughing city ep, and i love it. -end- troy |
