I received email from Thomas this eve. informing me that there might be
problems with the forum....like, a black out for a day or two. I don't know
the details but I'm wanting to give you heads up in case it happens.

It has to do with changing hosts and transfering data. I'll keep you
informed, but...hey, if it happens... I'll see you on the dark side of the
moon. boyd

Boyd, gRegor and I are working on several things that will improve Eisley's ability to serve you guys even better. We will have better bandwidth for the videos and more disk space too. If the forum does goes down it will take eisleymerch.com with it... but if all goes well it will be back up a couple of days after that.

We are actually hoping that we wont have to take the forum down but for a day or two while we move the data over. I am excited! It's such a cool thing actually that you support Eisley soooo much that we keep needing to upgrade servers.. and we are talking about corporate major servers here not some lo-fi servers tied to a dial up accounts. These are massive new servers we are getting ready to deploy!!!!

I posted a link somewhere else too. I think that we may do a controlled black out where there is a message that describes the downtime and then when the DNS points to the new server it will just be live. I dont know the exact time frame. That is still up in the air. Like I said before this is a good thing. We need bigger servers once again becuase of the awesome support of this community!!

You are quick... there is a new logo.. not affiliated with server changes. The forum will look the same and operate the same and even be the same link... the move will be easy for you... a lot of work for gRegor.
