I was taking a stroll through the "songs" section looking at lyrics and such, and I noticed that when I went to "Becoming You," a small dot appeared in the E logo above. Finding this peculiar, I clicked on the dot and was surprised to see that I could download "Becoming You.mp3" even though above the lyrics it stated that no recording exists. Excited at the prospect of an unheard (by me) Eisley song, I downloaded the file and opened it. I then listened through the 80kbps mp3 and heard what seems to be a wonderful song behind electronic static and blips. My question is: Why the poor quality? Is this an old recording that got corrupted somehow, or is the static intentional ... is there a better version out there? I'd love to hear the song cleary ... what I can hear of it sounds really great. |

WHATTTTTT?! there is an mp3?!?!?!?! i never noticed that... holy crap! PS> i really like this... i mean... after the garbled stuff... its great... why isn't this performed? or recorded or something? |

i took the song into protools to get rid of the clicks and pops and stuff. it turned out to be pretty nice, with only a few. unfortunatley, it will take about 3 hours to save it. i will post it when its finished _________________ it seems that i'm seasoned to be in the season of the old me |

For whatever reason, when they got the new server, the audio files seemed to get corrupted or something, they downloaded fine off the old site. So just download it from there: http://www.mosseisley.com/Becoming%20You.mp3 It's much more audible. _________________
