That's multiple personality disorder... not schizophrenia...

I can imagine back in the beginning, the stage fright levels of the Eisley girls would go as follows:

Chauntelle - no
Sherri - sometimes
Stacy - yes

Of course, by now I'm sure they're used to it.

Schizophrenia is when you see people. Multiple personality disorder is when you are people.

I think because they all started so young on stage, and they had the strength of their sibling bond, they never really go too nervous.

I remember seeing them up on stage at The Hollywood Bowl and Madison Square Garden, opening for COLDPLAY, and thinking, "how are they doing this? how are they so calm about opening up for one of the biggest bands in the world, on some of the biggest stages in the world?"

If you are doing this as a profession, you can get a prescription that helps with the jitters, but my kid's never took it. I don't know what the prescription does, or what it is called, but any family practitioner would know what it is. Lots of performers use it.

My best thoughts on this is that, people generally are nice. They are interested in you on stage, and really want to hear what you have brought to the stage, so try to relax and realize that.

Eisley says that it is harder for them to play for a bunch of their close friends, or even a small crowd, compared to a bigger crowd that they don't know.

Keep at it....you'll get use to it Wink
