cool, no worries on the band thing. we all got our opinions. i can be pretty vocal about mine sometimes too. but for the record, i think you were targeting my little bro's (mightymouse) bands more than mine Smile

yeah, i was front and center on the lawn. so not too bad, considering i wasn't even planning on going until some friend-of-a-friend was selling tix for 30 bucks. not that i don't love radiohead.. just that i have a problem with ticketmonster emptying my wallet.

pretty sure i'm going to the houston show, provided my friend remembers to pick up my tickets. and then the next day i'll head back home to austin, and see them here too! it's gonna be so great.

one more thing on the bands.. don't sell a band short just because they're popular. i used to do that a lot. i mean would you stop liking eisley when (not if) they get played all the time and the stupid kids at school all start listening to them? that's the problem with bands that are great. it's kinda cool when nobody knows them, and it's like they're your band or something. but it's also really great to see the band you love succeed. that brings me back to radiohead. i was intrigued by pablo honey. i practically worshipped the bends when it came out. and hardly anybody i knew really heard of them ("oh yeah that plastic trees song i think i saw that on mtv"). and then ok computer came out and it was all of a sudden sold-out show rock god status, and they were everybody's favorite band. i think because of that, it took me a while to actually get into ok computer. and of course with that rock god status, comes ungodly ticket prices. but on the other hand, they deserve all the fans/money/fame in the world. they're friggin' great. so it's a double-edged sword. but if most kids you know don't dig on radiohead, coldplay or eisley, who cares? revel in that feeling. they're your bands.

ok wow, it must be late. what the heck was that?

Stacy's. It's a reference to the article in which they said Stacy's last name was Eisley continuously.
