 Post subject: So I'm reading the forum...in silence???Posted: Tue Feb 22, 2005 11:18 pm 
Howdy. Only just found out Hunter S. Thompson died...this is sad news.. The reason i'm posting: I've been reading this forum for the last hour or so, all along thinking there's something missing. MUSIC! I was listening to Autechre cos it's great to get up to if you feel like having a confusing day..but then i was reading all of these wonderful things about this 'ere band, and so (finally) responded appropriately - I put Room Noises on. Then i realised this is the first time i've listened to it whilst reading the forum. I haven't said anything about it yet, so here i go: it's great, but i wish Telescope Eyes was in it's original lyrical form (as posted elsewhere here).. But yeah, Room Noises + (THIS) Laughing City = Far more fun than one without the other (which is still tremendous fun). Congratulations cos we've made it all the way home.. |
