We finally have the mix ready for our rendition of "I Wasn't Prepared" and I edited all the footage taken in the studio to create this: The Making Of: The Sea Kings http://www.wam.umd.edu/~ajohnst2/TheSeaKings.wmv - 21 megs, WMV format and here is the finished product http://www.wam.umd.edu/~ryfisher/theseakings-iwerentprepared.mp3 - 2.5 megs yeah, the title is "I Weren't Prepared" you'll get it...ENJOY! _________________ welcome to the no pants club boone |

i'd just like to take this time to congratulate myself for my wonderful musical "talents" and in case you're on dialup and can't watch the video and only hear the song, these are the guilty parties: andrew "granpa turtle" johnstone- vocals, most of the filming ryan "ryan fisher" fisher- guitar, vocals, boss dr. rhythm drum machine, a little bit of filming enjoy! |

we've already started scheming up new songs to cover... perhaps a hiphop cover of plenty of paper or a reggae cover of Mr. Pine or a new wave version of Blackened Crown...maybe a techno remix of Lost At Sea (to replace the other one) WHO KNOWS! _________________ welcome to the no pants club boone |

This vaguely reminded me of a cover band I used to go watch in Seattle called Herding Cats. They played everything from Sting to the theme song from The Muppets. Very funny. Except Herding Cats did their covers justice. Edit: I also wanted to ask if that mohawk, I think Andrew was sporting, was an homage to Sherri?
