The weather thread and the talk about sleeping through earthquakes got me thinking, what kind of sleeper are you? Heavy? Medium? or Light. I imagine being a light sleeper to be annoying; being awoken by the slightest of sounds.

I'm a little of all three really. When I'm at home on my own bed, I can sleep for 12 hours straight without waking up once. Especially when it's a good dream Laughing Laughing But if I'm crashing on a friend's couch or floor or what have you, I find myself waking up a lot throughout the night.

im a heavy sleeper. i sleep through earthquakes and what not.

one time my house alarm went off, which is places directly below my room, and i did not hear a sound. To this day i dont know what it sounds like...

one day being a heavy sleeper is going to be terrible, like if my house catches on fire, or im robbed, oh my so many band things can happen. but at least i get a gooood nights rest. But i do wish i slept lighter.

I have to sleep on my back, with the covers properly not too on my chest, because the sleep paralysis thing seems to really dig that. And then I have to keep my arms on a completely level surface so they dont' fall asleep. I prefer cold with lots of covers, and talk radio is great (I know, weird). Or conversation. But that only happens when you sleep in the same room as someone. A rare treat. ha,

Laughing Watch out! I always felt weird with the window by my head. I was scared some hands were going to break through and grab me. Shocked

I think I missed the point of this topic. Ha. I'm probably a heavy sleeper. I don't care if there's noise or not. As long as I know where it's coming from, I'm ok. Though that freaking truck drove me insane 2 years ago ... I've slept through a tornado and was barely disturbed by an exploding space shuttle.
