 Post subject: Do the Duprees play music at church?Posted: Tue Apr 05, 2005 3:42 pm 
I was reading Kim's Xanga blog and I thought I saw a post about that but now I can't find it. That is so cool if it's true. I play piano and sing at my church too, I've been doing it for several years. So it's cool to know other people who do too. _________________ Don't you let them tell you you're an ugly child. it's where they got started. as far as i know they sing there every now and then. they did a song on christmas that's actually video taped and downloadable on OGG |

From what I know they attend the local "Vineyard" and lead worship there. Vineyard is a great church. I would attend one where I live, but the closest is 2 hours away. Vineyard is at the forefront of new worship music. |

There are a gaggle of Duprees who sing in their church band, at least when they're in town. There are still a couple in there, too. I seriously need to make it there this week. Travel and work eats me. They make beautiful music. And the rest of the band is good, too. Well.... It is where the DuPree part of Eisley got their start musically, and Jonathan too. Right now the only DuPree's left doing music at our church, is Christie and me. Weston's girlfriend, Jessica, sings with us...(she's amazing), and there are 4 other team members. Markymark106 who posts on here some, is our lead guitar player. He's amazing, and has a band as well. So there ya have it....

I think that's cool that you guys do music at church. It's interesting, how the people in the band did the same thing, and how they're now out there singing to their heart's content. hehehe, I love their music. and.. it would be cool to see a video of boyd playing the drums. have a great day it's raining here- I like it

I think if we had a church like that here, where cool people make cool music I would go more often. It sounds like a place I could actually enjoy going to rather than 'yawn' through.
