Anyone know if Eisley will be coming through Atlanta on the new tour?? I'm gonna freak. I am trying to check all the venue websites around hear, but i got nothing.

*rubs hands together* goooood goooood. I really hope so, it is one of the biggest cities in the south and whether they know it or not, they are very much supported and loved down here, so come on down!!!

I'm praying man, but I'm afraid that it might be too much in the south for them. This is what Boyd wrote in a post yesterday, I'm not sure if he's implying the tour is just going to be in the east and midwest or if it will be a full U.S. tour. So far I've only seen shows announced in the east and midwest. But, if they skip a huge market like Atlanta for some reason we could always take a road trip to the NC show.

The next smaller, US, headlining tour - their first, might not be the most important one, but it surely will be the most "telling". Think about it: we've toured the East Coast/North East/New England/Mid West like 3 times now... in some cities - 4 times; All with bigger bands: a world band, an emo band, an euro-irish band, and now a pop-punk band.

Will anyone show up to these smaller club gigs? If not, it might be cause for some concern... or it might be time to rethink all we've thought. Or it might mean that their market isn't as great East of center US. The West Coast really seems to embrace the band. So does Texas and the South.

ah, thanks. i wanted to see what the context of the post was.

now, this could mean two things

the good meaning- the next tour will be an east coast only one (oh selfish me)

the bad meaning- boyd believes that the east coast is their worst market and that we suck and we don't like eisley and we're bad fans and we don't deserve them and they're never coming here again if this tour doesn't go well and *breath* that wouldn't be good

They better do the Cotton Club / Tabernacle this time. Aren't they bulldozing the Masquerade later this year? It would be cool if they got The Fox, but I'm doubt there are enough Eisley fans in Atlanta to fill up that venue.

I was thinking the Cotton Club too. They played there with Snow Patrol so its a pretty safe bet. I'm not sure if there any smaller places to play. They definitely need to bulldoze the Masquerade!

i was thinking the variety playhouse would be a pretty nice venue for them, not too big, not too small. I think the variety fits them in my opinion, just being in little five points.
