Posted: Fri Oct 31, 2003 10:56 am I think i'm the only person on this forum from England, which is good, coz that means Eisley ARE ALL MINE. Firstly think Eisley are brilliant. Kinda stumbled onto them. Went into a Radiohead website, it said a band in the states were talking about them saying how they influenced them, and well the rest is history. Im a photographer and ive been using a lot there music ( all 5 tracks ive downloaded off kazaa, which is still legel over here too use, u poor yanks soon you wont even be allowed to use the net without a FBI agent standing next to you) to help inspire me while im working. Secondly, well ive said so much on the firstly section ive nothing to say in the secondly section, CRAP. Forgive the spelling mistakes i was writting this at 3 in the morning while watching some old Jackie Chan movie. Druken Master, watch it great movie. Ok thats it really, errr oh yeah try not to vote for the cowboy next time round. JEZZZZ, HAHAHA THE BLOKES GOT AN I.Q OF 86, POOR SAP _________________ |

At least the "cowboy" isn't fornacating in the Oval Office! I think we just go back and forth here. Dem., Rep., Dem., Rep., When the Dems are in office, the Rep. mourn. When the Rep. are in office, the Dems mourn. You guys have a queen. That's interesting. I should be queen here in Texas! Ha! JK!!!! Welcome aboard. There are several UK people on here. Also, Dan Greene, Coldplay's front of house sound guy, produced two of the songs on the new MARVELOUS THINGS ep. Can you get that there online? |

i'm seriously fed up with the cowboy thing ... like all Texans are warmongering hillbillies ... But, I digress. Like I said elsewhere on this, welcome aboard _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

I am reaaaaaally happy, because I'm from Argentina, and I'm 99.9% sure that I'm the ONLY south american HERE!! So I'm the only one who owns the piece of Eisley that belongs to Argentina... maybe it's the little dot of the "i"... yeah, it's good, I like that dot. Can I have it??? On the other hand... I'm very sad because I'm way too far from their shows. I hope one day they come a little bit closer to Argentina. anyway, happyness cancells the sadness, so, mathematically, I guess I'm even. thanks! _________________

What I was getting at earlier is that I feel that Texans are being stereotyped rather negatively, and it irks me. I love Texas. It really could be its own country again and still have a little bit of everything. Even cowboys can be cool ... I was mainly down on the thoughtless stereotype thing. Anyway, I didn't mean to sound like I was blasting your opinion. Everyone is entitled to one or more ... I have mine, you have yours. Heck, they might even be the same one, I just won't get into that. I'll go find a political forum if I feel like expressing it. Uhm ... I guess that covers it. On another note ... I seriously want to learn German one day, whenever I get out of grad school or whatever. And after I learn Spanish ... _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

I'd like to apologize to anyone who took offence to my remakes about "the cowboy" a.k.a Bush jr. Its just in Britain thats what we see him as. Again SORRY. Not all people from Texas are cowboys, or girls. And it just shows my ignorance. Err im sorry, only i can make enemies on a forum within 2 days of joining it... |
