 Post subject: Japanese Room Noises?Posted: Thu Apr 14, 2005 11:45 am 
Boyd had mentioned in an old journal entry about Japanese albums having two extra tracks on them. Does anyone know which two tracks are on the Japanese Room Noises disc? Could it be the Tree Tops and Vintage People tracks that are on iTunes? And does anyone know of a way to order a disc from Japan? Just some curiosities. _________________ No no no no no no way, sir. |

I wonder if one of the extra tracks is the LOST AT SEA(remix). I rather miss the fact that it's not on the US ones. It's a good recording. Found on the media player under music. |

ehhh...the tracks recorded but unreleased are i believe: the escaping song they all surrounded me sunfeet (twice...one has bad vocals the other has bad instrumentation,hahaha) something else...i can't remember, but they exist, they're out there, and boyd promises no matter what we'll see them at some point in time _________________ welcome to the no pants club boone |

why do all import CD's have bonuses and extras but our domestic counterparts do not have any of these? I dont get it. Do they not love us here?

I've heard that because CDs are more expensive over in Asia, they're expected to have more tracks; alternatively, I've also heard that the Asian record companies require extra songs as part of the importing agreement. Might be wrong, but it does make sense. |

not really...it's like $7-8 in Indonesia...it depends on which country, i think...could be really pricey in Japan...so let's not say Asian as a whole...the CD price depends more likely on where has it been produced. about more tracks...i don't really know...maybe just to make it different... _________________
