Hey guys. I'm fairly new. I've been lurking around here for the past few months now. I just registered. I first heard of Eisley when I saw them on Launch. I know, I know. I haven't been a fan for a long time.. but I love these guys. My favorite songs from them are My Lovely, Tree Tops, and I Wasn't Prepared. I've turned a few of my friends into Eisley lovers. I don't have Room Noises yet but I plan on getting it for my graduation. A little bit about me.. My name is Martina. I'm 17 years old. I live in Spring Hill, FL. Some of my other favorite bands are Evanescence, The Distillers, Seether, Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, and Linda Strawberry (just to name a few). I'm into rock music. Eisley is the first non-rock group that I've actually really, really enjoyed. That's it, I guess. |

Mark Pruett, aged 17 years. I live in the great country of Texas, but sadly, have not managed to become a redneck. I ride a 750 Nighthawk and smoke a very long stemmed tobacco pipe. I discovered Eisley while looking for bands to go see. I decided not to go to the show at the last minute (probably because I had not heard their music yet) and have regreted it every since. I really enjoy their work and sincerely hope they stay real and don't get all "Hollywood" on us. LA has weird effects on some people. _________________ -Kissing little babies, shaking big hands and kicking some major ass- |

Myle, Chris Welcome to the agreeable place named Laughing City, the place of many-an-odd conversation has taken place. there's even a laughing city chat, too, on AOL... (named..err..Laughing City...) But yeh, welcome, hope you stay active and remain an Eisley fan. _________________ She is handsome, she is pretty, she is the girl from Belfast City, she is courtin' one two three, please won't you tell me who is she? I'm probably the oldest here. I am 52. I've been a musician my entire life, and I had a record in 1984 on CBS/Epic (now Sony records). We lived the life and received quite a bit of airplay. Art in America was our name. I just want to say that I am really moved by this record. This is simply the best music I have heard in 20 years. Majestic, mysterious, beautiful, inventive, and it rocks... The cute non-affected voices of these girls is astounding. Crystal clear meldodies without attitude. I have 2 daughters myself (15 and 16)... and in fact one of my daughters looks like the dark brown haired band member. My kids love this music as well. I am now in the mode of shouting this music from the rooftops-- to all passersby... and email.. yes.. Do not change producers. This music was captured in time and perfectly. I would hate to see this magic---smooshed up with big production. Such an honest --beautiful record. I am simply in love with this group. Thank you band... for being so true to your hearts and sharing those hearts with us.... you rule... |

Hope the band members read these every now and then. Anyhow, I walked into Newbury Comics (a wicked good music/media store here in New England) and they happened to be playing Room Noises. I was captivated immediately. Those lovely, lilting, soft harmonies! Chauntelle, Sherri, Stacy - your voices are beyond beautiful. I don't usually write/correspond with too many bands, but your album stood out. Just amazing, wonderful. Oh, the guys a great too, but the girls just KICK *SS! Seriously, some of the songs on Room Noises just pierce the soul. Just when I thought there was no good new music out there! A little about this newb - I'm 32 Male, live in Massachusetts...try to listen to a pretty diverse field of music. Lately, I've been listening to Aimee Mann (great stuff, best song writer), Green Day (American Idiot), Lenny Kravitz. On another note, i'm a little disappointed that you nixed the political talk on your message board but, eh, what you gonna do. I'll forgive you if you sign my copy of Room Noises |

Hello everyone, My name is Annette, and I'm 22. I've been into Eisley for a while now, I first heard about them when they were touring with Coldplay. Sigh...they're such a great band. I've yet to see them live, it's on my ever expanding list of things to do. I see big things coming for them in the near future. |
