Plus, it's in the public domain since the original author of the Peter Pan story died over 50 years ago (which is the maximum longevity of holding copyrights). your mostly right, but there are exceptions. Often trademarks are renewed making it even longer. They're safe though. "Neverland" is public domian, so there is no problem _________________ If ignorance is bliss then whipe that smile off my face |

hmm NeverLand, it fits, the only thing that sucks is now i'll have to change all of the titles on my website.. hehe, but, i've got all of the original and easibly editable versions of them on my compuer.. hmm but finals are coming up and i've got projects up the whazoo, so it may be a while until it's updated. still nice name it works, good going! Now, all NeverLand has to do is go on a tour in the spring or early summer and come up to California so all of us here can finally hear your great music live. but anyway school tomorrow, ugh, sleep.. goodnight everyone. _________________ "strength is just an accident arising from the weakness of others." ~Joseph Conrad --------------- |

Hey, new guy here. Long time listener, first time caller... I think the new name is perfect. It has the same feel as the previous name, but more perfectly captures the essence of the band... that mysterious place that isn't quite real but calls to all of us... The name is loaded with symbolism and subtext for both the band and for allegorical connotations. In other words, I think it rocks! -Sean |

If you only knew my friend, if you only knew what is currently going on behind the curtains for this band. They have the potential to be HUGE. _________________ If ignorance is bliss then whipe that smile off my face |
