I noticed on the Metro's website, it says that it's an all-ages show in 2 spots and only once does it say that the show is 18+. So I think it's safe to that the show is all-ages.

i want to go to that show.
but my dad would never let me go alone and i can't find anyone who would want to go with, so basically i'm in a sticky bind and no one's going to save me.

Christie- why don't you just fly to NH and stay with me the night before and then we can get up and drive the next morning and then fly back after the show or the next morning?

There's a show at the Fillmore in San Francisco on July 31st that's not listed on Hot Hot Heat's site.

interesting, an sf show. i either could go there, cuz i'm in the city on sundays. then right after the show, i'd be going to sj. or i could wait a day, head back to sj, and go to the monday show at santa cruz, which is a little closer in distance (distance between sf and sj is a little farther than distance between sj and sc). i was planning on sc for awhile, but now sf has popped up, not sure. well, the sc show is a little cheaper too.
