hi i'm hallie, i live in texas. i found out about eisley through a cd my friend sent me because he said i listen to too much old music (beatles, sinatra, and abba, to name some that people have heard of), and he was trying to modernize me. i like the fact that they actually have good voices, and don't try for that annoying, wavery "pop" sound. (does it bother anyone else when singers intentionally breathe into the mike?) plus some of the songs have a ballad-like flavor (trolley wood is one of my favorites) akin to "scarborough fair". and the lyrics have a sort of surreal or fairy-tale flavor that is fun. anybody know where people who like to sing just for the fun of it can get sheet music of their songs? the harmonies rock... |

Hello!!!!!!!! I'm Leanne I'm 17 and live in Toronto, Canada. I've been lurking around here for quite a while. Other music i like is Tegan and Sara(my favorite), Metric, The Arcade Fire, Hot Hot Heat, and The Distillers.

I was lucky to see them come through Salt Lake awhile ago and I met them and they were so genuien, it was refreshing. It just made me love them that much more.

I saw "Marvelous Things" on TVU (www.tvulive.com) and didn't really like it the first time I saw it. But, then each time it came on after that, I just couldn't change the channel and couldn't explain why. Just got sucked in by good music, then I bought both ep's on the net 'cause I could only find one of them in stores. |

Hola I'm Elliot, I'm from Tulsa Oklahoma (where Eisley never comes to by the way  ) I would drive to texas to see them but I can't drive... Someday I will experience Eisley live... Someday. Yeah anywho I'm 14 I love music, I play the guitar. I also have a Rickenbacker. It's not the same series as Sherri's but it's still a rocking guitar. I just bought "Room Noises" last month. One of the best Cd's EVER.
