You mean "old" version. Smile It's funny how things change. How do you think it stacks up to the Room Noises version? I'm very intrigued by how this looks from the other side.

Exactly. I'm wondering if it's the favored version because it's the first one we heard, or because it's just a more acceptable song to us. That's why I'm so intrigued to hear what it's like to have heard the Room Noises version first.

i heard the second version first and even i love the first version better. I still have a soft spot for the second though because it was my first introduction to the oh so beautiful world of Eisley. when i heard the first version it was emotionally more impacting than the final and second one combined. the lyrics were so raw and i felt them more than on any of the other versions.

The first version I ever heard was Room Noises, but I think my favourite is the one on Laughing City.

Yeah I heard the Room Noises version first, but I'm partial to the 1st version, but I couldn't choose for sure between the 1st and the Laughing City version. Really depends on the day and my mood.

I was listening to Room Noises in the car with my friends and when Telescope Eyes came on they were like "what the heck song is this?!" and when I told them what it was, they said the first version was better and the Room Noises one sucks.

I like all of them. Although I do favor the first version just because I like the lyrics so much.
