If you are under the age of 25, you should definitely not be feeling old....at all. You're still a baby and in your prime. I'm 31. Sometimes I feel 40, sometimes I feel 20. You just have to be realistic about your responsibilities. But you should never feel like you are too old for certain things. Especially if you are a man. All men are secretly 12 years old. On the other hand, if you're still carrying around the blanket you had when you were 3 years old and are sucking your thumb...you may have an issue or 2. |

Thats exactly how i feel .I'm 17 and i feel old but not at all mature or independent .This feeling sucks .I feel as if i should be getting ready for things ...getting ready for life but i have absolutely no idea where to start .I'm not ready for anything .I need to grow up,i need to start doing things on my own, I need to figure out what i am going to do with my life . _________________

Posted: Tue Aug 30, 2005 2:34 pm well i know why I'M feeling like everyone's growing up.. because it's the end of the summer and i'm eighteen and everyone around me HAS grown up and is moving away, to college or just to different cities. it's a new phase. we're not 14 anymore and we can't act like we are, but it's not a bad thing so much as kind of sad and exciting and above all, new. it doesn't mean we're old, it just means we're older. _________________ "dial" in Welsh means "revenge".
