Wow I can barely read this font color but whatever. I was just wondering if Eisley was thinking about playing Warped 04' that would be wicked. Anyone know? _________________ ^My friends band paint the target we don't need no evidence flood the market we do it all in self defense you're a smart kid never work without your gloves if you're a smart kid you'll stay the hell away from love... |

isn't that one of those sweaty, shirtless drunk fests? i hope they wouldn't play such a thing, no matter how good the exposure might be. although i wouldn't expect it would be. unless you want exposure to flying beers and catcalls. _________________ hello. |

Thats like at the more hardcore bands playing like Rancid and Suicide Machines. When Brand New played, they played an acoustic set so everyone was calm and no one was trying to mosh, it was quite nice I even met Jesse afterwards hes a pretty nice guy. But I don't think there would be any moshing during eisley, although I've never been to an Eisley concert........ _________________ ^My friends band paint the target we don't need no evidence flood the market we do it all in self defense you're a smart kid never work without your gloves if you're a smart kid you'll stay the hell away from love... |

well you need to get your butt outta yemen and see an eisley show! i think i'd still rather see them in a smaller venue, and not have to fight a big crowd. alas, i suppose that's the problem with them becoming so popular. i'd see them anywhere they'd play, honestly. _________________ hello. |

LOL! I don't live in Yemen! I was watching Friends one day and Chandler gave a fake address out and I thought it was funny. I live in Wisconsin _________________ ^My friends band paint the target we don't need no evidence flood the market we do it all in self defense you're a smart kid never work without your gloves if you're a smart kid you'll stay the hell away from love... |

Jesse said it was a pretty rough tour...just tons of bands meshed together... tripping over each other... tight schedules, short sets....total chaos, etc. I'm not sure why they played an acoustic set; I think they did their full band most of the tour. Eisley... heck. Eisley isn't above the Warp. No way. But it all depends on what management and agent strategize for the band. i don't know when it is, but the full length will take the first quarter of 2004. Jan. Feb. March - mix, manufacture, set up, release late Spring or early Summer. THEN....touring, touring, touring... Everything thus far has just been setting it up...building a little fan base, getting press, exposure... low pressure, no radio push.... organic, natural...just like it's been planned. After this, life will change drastically. If the Warp tour is within scope, and coincides with a planned strategy, it could happen. But...I sorta doubt it. In case I haven't made it clear...there is a Texas 3 show tour at the end of December. bd _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. As a self proclaimed veteran of the Warped Tour, I can say it wouldn't be the best idea for Eisley to play it. Even though it would be a dream come true for me because I love both Eisley and the Warped Tour. You never know however. The Warped crowd might dig the change of pace. Seeing as how Eisley has increasingly become the creative outlet for Punk fans, it might work well. _________________ "We're more than Carbon, and chemicals!"--Thrice |

He F-ed up his knee during an electric set because they were trying to cram a bunch of songs into the set they had planned and it didn't work out to well. But the other band members did play their instruments, I mean Jesse wasn't the only one up there with his guitar, they made a bunch of songs acoustic like 70 x 7 but still had vinnie an electric guitar. I don't see why Jess couldn't sit and play his electric guitar, but hes a cool guy. _________________ ^My friends band paint the target we don't need no evidence flood the market we do it all in self defense you're a smart kid never work without your gloves if you're a smart kid you'll stay the hell away from love... |
