Until three hours ago I had never heard of Eisley. Since then I have had them recommended to me, I've visited the website, listened to the songs, ordered the CD and registered on the forum. Is there anything I've forgotten to do? Anyways, my name's Derk, I'm older than most of you (let's keep it at that |

Hey, name is Curtis. I fell-in love with Eisley since I first saw their "Marvelous Things" video while late-night channel surfing. It was playing on MTV2, the channel I swore never to watch. Glad I did that night. I immediately went out and bought every Eisley LP that was released, and was even more delighted to discover that they're from Texas! I'm from Fort Worth, so to me, any band from Texas is awsome by default. The music of Eisley is so far flung from the stuff I normally listen to, others are really surprised when riding in my car and I bust out the sweet tunes. I think Helmet rocks more than any other band that has ever graced the planet, and I've been a follower of the Rev. Horton Heat since I was 13, so you can see how Eisley doesn't really fit my normal musical build. I've never listened to a band that inspired me and moved me as much as Eisley. They are truly blessed with tremendous talent and ability. That's it for me, I'm a Marine currently stationed in Hawaii (by the way Eisley needs to swing their next tour down here), I'm a total dork who plays Star Wars Galaxies and Battlefield 2 religiously (when I'm not listening to Eisley, of course), I think Bladerunner is the greatest movie of all time, and I have a German Shephard named William Tecumseh Sherman, which doesn't go too well in the South, but I don't care. |

hi everyone. i'm cacie. my full name is acacia, which is actually a type of tree. and if that's not exciting i'm not sure what is. kidding. i'm 18. i live in the cold, cold state of minnesota. i'm not new to eisley, but fairly new to the site. i heard eisley on a website for a christmas cd a couple of years ago. and i was like "holy wonderfulness! who is that!?" and have been in love with them ever since. i was lucky enough to see them on tour earlier this summer with lovedrug and pilotdrift. the lead singer from pilotdrift laughed at me during one of their songs because he saw my pathetically hand-crafted "i heart eisley" shirt that i had made. it was an amazing show. oh dear, i suppose that i'm rambling now. well, just saying hey. |

so...iamb Hilary. I'm 14...from Texas, and i love eisley. Actually, I just bought the cd from itunes 3 days ago. I'M ADDICTED! I'd known all about the band before i bought the record, but was hesitant in actually buying it. Hm...I don't really know what else to say. I have a question...there's this thread called "funny Eisley" and people are talking about these supposedly hilarious video clips...what are 'all talking about?! Oh, and also...is it true that Stacy is only 16? If it is, I'm VERY impressed |

Hi, I'm Justin. I'm 18 (turn 19 in Dec) and I live in Georgia. I'm currently attending Berry College in Rome, Ga. My cousin was the one who first introduced me to Eisley's music, and within a week they became my favorite band. I purchased my first concert tickets ever the other day, and they were, of course, for the tour that Eisley is doing with Switchfoot. I just couldn't stand the thought of missing the opportunity to see them in concert, and so needless to say I'm totally psyched! |
