I aimed to be there that night but couldn't. Great photos! Awesome site. Who's the little girl in the shots of Chauntelle?

Looking at those pics, the place seems (what little we can see of it) so much different than the pics I've seen of Buckley playing there. I was under the impression it was still this little hole-in-the-wall coffee shop, but I guess I was just being naive. It totally makes sense that after all of the fame Buckley brought to the place that they would improve the place (like get lights). Anyway...just an observation.

Yeah, heh... It's quite different-looking in the videos I've seen of Jeff playing there, but still not quite as I had imagined it.

It was a tiny club...but very decent. Maybe it's been redone since the days of Jeff. The street was so narrow, when cars parked on each side, it was almost impossible to pull our rig through. (trivial nobody wanted or need to know)

Jasper did a great job on the http://jenyk.com/ site...in fact, I thought the write up was the best. He's since then told us that there's a buzz circulating through the scenesters in NY about Eisleys' show - whatever that means; I guess it's good.
