No, sorry to say. He was supposed to be a baseball catcher. so we wanted to give him a good baseball name. We were also Duke University Blue Devil crazy at the time. Funny, though, at the time (1983) we figured the whole Star Wars thing was over, and he wouldn't have to worry about the whole Luuuuuuke thing. Now, he's a Wookie. Who knew? |
