Good work. I've been doing some different shoe art myself, but don't have any pics right now. I agree that those DO look like Keds, but the logo inside looked like "Athletic Works" which is a Wal-Mart brand. Good cheap shoes. I did some art on some old St.John's Bay (keds style) shoes. The leather in the back made a small rectangle which screamed out to me "small license plate". So left says "love" and right says "hope". Anyway. Weston we should go in on this together. Let me know the company name you come up with. |

hmm, i know i'm new here and all...but lets think logistics for a second...say weston made 10 pairs of shoes....that's 10 shoes in heaven knows what sizes that took hours and hours to painstakingly create for some lucky fan who had both the cash...and the right sized foot.... my point here is...why not just create a stencil for the design (or you know if one already exists) and mass produce it...so fans can instead buy the stencils (different styles even?) and just go crazy with their own color schemes and shoes...eh? yes? no? maybe? _________________ |
