So I was reading "Heaven's Metal" in a bookstore today (also known as "the hard music magazine") and they reviewed the ACL Eisley show. I think it's so cool how Eisley is getting publicity in a Christian Metal magazine. They had pics of Chauntelle and Sherri. Anyone else ever read HM?

I read an Eisley article from last year, but I didn't like it because they tried make Stacy look dumb. I think they did that because she wouldn't say Eisley is a "Christian" band.

They're not metal either.

Weird.

Pretender. About as hard as they get and they don't play that one. Or old Telescope Eyes rocks, too. Still not metal.

It is to be noted that HM Magazine hasn't been called Heaven's Metal for a long time, and HM now stands for Hard Music. It should also be noted that HM Magazine covers plenty of "indie" bands even if they're not considered "hard".

Yeah it used to be heaven's metal, that was when they used to cover bands like Petra and Stryper. Shocked Stryper just came through town on their farewell tour. A local radio station interviewed them. They are something else...

Isn't HM the magazine that had a really good interview, possibly with Chauntelle?
