I really love the lyric. And the instrumentation. Still chewing on the melody though.

thanks

you're very welcome. Very Happy

stacy's so good at the keys, she only needs 1 hand! next i wanna see weston master the drums with 1 hand. Laughing and then all drummers will worship his godly abilities.

That Def Leppard drummer had to play with 1 hand after he got the other one amputated so I doubt anyone would worship his godly abilities.

Thanks for getting that song to play quicker, chubbygumby

there shouldn't be a space between the letters, so if you click on it and a page doesn't load, copy & paste and delete any spaces. Wink
Wow, thank you so much. My computer has this hatred of quicktime. I literally cannot run the download from the apple site, and I've tried and tried, so I was immensely bummed after waiting for a few days only to find out that it was a quicktime clip, but I checked the forum, and hey! I'm really grateful. Thanks!

Anyhow, I'm really loving this song. It's Eisley, but it's different. It's more mature, not necessarily "better" than earlier Eisley, just different, and hearing new stuff makes me so excited in a way that none of my other friends who aren't insane over Eisley can understand.

I think Weston's drumming is perfect the way it is. No, its not very complicated or difficult, but it suits the music perfectly. So many drummers in pop/rock music today lack an ear for complimenting a song, not overpowering it. Gaudy fills and worthless solos abound, it gets pretty old.

(I know you were all joking, but I just thought I'd chime in.)

I love it, but boy did it catch me by surprise.

Weston really is one of my favorite drummers (not just because I'm so biased for Eisley).

the style is definitely different from a lot of the stuff on room noises.

yeah ...sometimes it takes me awhile to warm up to new songs...
my first reaction to this one is "meh"...
i will always love the eisley version ep recordings...
but they are massively talented and devoted ...
and they know what they are doing..
so i am going to say this song has potential.
i am looking forward to more.
