in a weird way I think it does both. I think you feel like you know more people better, when really you just know what it says on their myspace and I think it does make it harder to talk to people in person, because your whole relationship revolves around who updates what on their page. |

myspace is good for meeting up at gigs and stuff with people. but mostly its used with scene kidz. some of the profiles are quite pathetic i use it mostly to keep in contact with my friends from england, cause im hardly on msn and such. Also checking bands on myspace is a plus |

I guess that's really true, if you keep in touch with old friends , that's one thing but hanging around all day on the internet is another. I mean sometimes I'll see one of my homies and they'll be like "Yeah, I saw you on MySpace" or "Hey did you get my message?", or "I saw you blog" which can be a bad thing since I wrote mean stuff about my b/f on there cuz' he made me mad and then his friend tony read it b-cuz tony's bro is a friend of mine on there, and then my b/f became my ex-b/f and wouldn't take me to Tulsa to see the Eisley show, that we had been planning on going to for 2mos. and yes I had tickets... so needless to say I didn't get to go...
