Off the topic at hand, but I notice in your signature area you have the Floyd songs listed, and two are from the final cut CD. Now, is that not the most depressing CD you have ever heard. I listened to it once when I had a bad case of the flu(3days of puking), and by the time I got to two suns in the sunset, I was trying to hang myself with my belt.
Well, the fact that you were ill with the flu must not have helped the way you thought of the album, either! Haha.
I once read a review of the Final Cut, it ws one word in lenght: Soup.
I'm not sure how I feel about that review. I mean, soup is really really good... but what does it mean in musical standards? I mean, you could take it as a healer... soup heals when sick, right?

You make a very good point. What is needed here is to know how the critic feels about soup; does he love it? does he hate it? I like the album myself, but I do have to be in the right mood for it. I mean, you wouldn't take it to the prom and asked the DJ to play Paradoid Eyes.

Since we have totaly got off the thread topic, have you ever watched the studio/non-live version of feel the pain by Dinosaur Jr.? What a good laugh. It really shows the lack of concern some have for others, and using the game of golf was classic. How many golfers do you know that will go golfing on their kid's B-day, anniversary, or father's day. Go to You Tube and pull it up when you can. Their non-live version of just like heaven is pretty funny too.

And she plays a Mark 4 model. Oh... how I would LOVE a rhodes...

Yeah I read that somewhere, which is confusing because I've also read that the concept for the Mark IV was actually never built; they just skipped on ahead to the Mark V. I wonder if what I read about Stacy's Rhodes was a typo?

Edit: I was right, this Rhodes site says that the Mark IV was only a concept. I wonder which one Stacy has, then?

I always thought she had a stage mark I...... cause it's a round top not the harp shell. I freaked when I saw it at the concert.... i was like A RHODES. I was sad I couldn't hear it during the concert except on quiet parts of songs.

Because you gather that much info, and you're bound to drop the ball on something.

Or ... they were off the Mark. har har.

Well if it's really circa 1970 as OGG states, it would be a Fender Rhodes instead of a Rhodes.

Does anyone have any really good shots of the Eisley rhodes? I've never gotten a very good look at it.

they have some cheap ones on ebay, but i wouldn't buy it from there because chances are they're missing something or another. and replacing rhodes parts can either be hard or expensive. :[
