yea we sold our house in California for about $500,000 and bought a house out in-the-middle-of-nowhere-Texas for about $200,000. and our house in SoCal was only a two story, 1 garage, middle class house. (though the house we live in now isnt really better or anything.)

Houses in CA are so expensive. I live in an average sized 3 bedroom house and we could easily sell it for close to $1 million. Rolling Eyes
