ill never quite understand why it seems that some people have to always reply with a snappy impolite comment. in the meantime, i too would love an update! especially pictures! (and i have plenty of hobbies...) |

Gosh, when I saw the all caps subject line and content of this thread's original post, I thought that was snappy and impolite. Boyd's updates are great, but it seems to me that too many people take them for granted. the thing about boyd is, if there was something to update us on, he probably would do it regardless of how busy he is. so just assume there's nothing to be updated on right now. |

I took the original post lightly ... Though I do heavily sympathize with Boyd, and he really does do all he can to keep us up to date (for future reference). This laughing citizen is... well... laughing (not at you, with you. ) But in the mean-time, yeah, there's probably not a whole lot of band-stuff to update on (and of course there's the insanity of prepping for the weeding). After all, they're done recording, they're not touring, they're not even playing anywhere at the moment, the pow-wowers are pow-wowing away I'm sure, but Eisley's not in on that until the powers-that-be tell them what they need to know.
So now for the moral of the story... the months immediately following a recording stint are like the stillness of the encroaching storm... quiet, tense, and building up for a dramatic release of all that tension. But all in good time.
