to the Eisley album, but sheeesh... I forget how great Eisley really is!!

The Stacy solo of Lady of the Wood is just beautiful.

And please bring back They All Surrounded Me. That's an all time favorite.

And don't forget about the original Lost at Sea.

I love "Surrounded" ... but keep having to disagree on the original "Lost at Sea." The lo-fi and slowness does work better, but I still think it's too one-speeded ... just liket he one on the album would have been better if they had switched gears a little bit.

I don't think the lo-fi/demo would have worked on almost any of the other songs that made Room Noises, though (maybe Just Like We Do).

Escaping Song and Sunfeet are two of my all-time favorites. Of course, if you choose only 12 songs of dozens, you're inevitably going to leave out several great songs, especially considering the pool they had to pick from that time (and the other people trying to pick for them..

I just woke up, where the heck did this come from? haha. Shocked

Needless to say, Eisley has so many great songs. It's a little too easy to forget how good they are.

Songs I don't really like: The Escaping Song, Vintage People, Treetops.

Lots of dizzying thirds which get kind of annoying afterall. Sunfeet was probably one of the best songs recorded for Room Noises.
