I'm having trouble imagining the baby Causing a Scene with thundering drums and aggressive guitars, or however they said it in the review. Songs change. I'm pretty glad Damien Rice changed Volcano: Quote: What I am to you, is not real.
What I am to you, you do not need. What I am to you, is not what you mean to me. You give me miles and miles of mountains and I'll $#@! them with the seas _________________ EisleyForever wrote: you're A-list in my heart! MAKECOLDPLAYHISTORY |

I haven't listened to the baby yet, but believe me, I've been tempted to... I guess that was just to preface my ignorance on Causing a Scene/A Sight to Behold. Anyways, Boyd said something in his last comment in his recent update that the record was reaching back "even to Moss Eisley" with it's rock roots... Does this song have that old works feel to it 'cause it's described as having aggressive guitars? This goes out to anyone who's heard the album-- you can be as generic in response as you want to be... I just want to know because the old works EP is one of my favorites. _________________ "I cannot discuss your verses; for any attempt at criticism would be foreign to me. If you'd only heard "Causing a Scene" ... you couldn't really say that. Uhm ... uh ... I'm not really sure how much I can say about the actual sound and production. I am deeply satisfied by it. And as it has been stated elsewhere, you can definitely hear guitars on this album. And the booming drums have been mentioned plenty. Those were astute observations. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |
