if you came to my Apple store, you let me know which genius was surly, and I'll rough 'em up. Wink

though we rarely get complaints at our location.
I always hate to hear these kinds of things though.
One guy is a jerk/ignoramus, so the customer gets a poor impression of the store as a whole, and thus, anyone who reads that journal will judge the integrity of the whole place by one persons experience.
i.e. losing business

it really is sad. But, hope it never happens again! We're supposed to be the ones that know how to fix it. *shrugs*

i was there yesterday (the one on knox - henderson) looking for a case for my new ipod. they greeted me when i walked in and when i left and the guy at the counter was helpful when i asked a question about a specific case.

however, the last time i went (with dying ipod in hand) the genius at the bar seemed like he had sooo many other way important things to do than talk to me. oh well.

i feel like just walking into their store makes me inferior. they can be quite rude, especially when i look like I'm not going to buy anything
