Hey, so I tried to download Sunfeet but it won't work for me...? It keeps saying that I can't download more than one thing at a time, but I'm not downloading anything else. EDIT: Never mind, on about the sixth or seventh try it worked. _________________ **Dear, did you know that people love each other** **Just like we do?** |

Hmm...I expected a studio version of Sunfeet to be more lush, I suppose. I don't know if that is the exact word I'm looking for, but it's the word I am using. The live Invasion track isn't bad. Nonetheless, at least the anticipation is over...and there is always the live version of Sunfeet...I am glad I didn't go to the record store 30 minutes from my house to get a copy of the CD with the EP, honestly. That being said, thank you for being so kind to share that with us all, Jared! It was quite kind of you, especially because you didn't have to do so! Mister_Pine wrote:

Thanks for the downloads from that EP! Invasion is cool. Sunfeet...maybe this was answered/said, but was that like an EARLY version of that track? Like Mos Eisley early? That main Sunfeet live version that everyone has heard from 2004 sounds more recent than this version. I know they have Room Noises era recordings, I wonder why that version wasn't released on the EP? Though I do have to say, I found the second chorus/bridge thing in the middle interesting/different. In fact, if it was in a different song rather than one that we know and love it would be awesome. |

I don't think it's THAT bad. It's different. I don't hate it- I'm just not used to the tempo. I'm sure I'll like it more the more I hear it. For the person that asked- I'm pretty sure that this was recorded when the other Room Noises songs were. I called a record store and they said they had the EP, but now I'm not sure if I'm still going to go get it. I think I will, just to have the hard copy. _________________

Sunfeet definately sounds like it was a live tracking take...with minor overdubs... Another thing that's funny is....This sunfeet lacks a lot of the additions of production...and I know people usually complain about Room Noises having an "overproduced/overpolished" sound...I'm sure that if a decent producer had a hold of the masters of this song...They could make it shine a million times better... _________________ I, johnTHOMY, Rock!!! I agree. It sounds like a demo, not a fullfledged recording. It lacks the polish of a major label studio recording, as though it were unfinished. unclearlies wrote: Sunfeet definately sounds like it was a live tracking take...with minor overdubs...
