Hahhh, I woke up this morning and looked on my porch to see the package containing my street team materials soaking wet and [still] being rained on. There's no use in promoting the show that's tonight when they will probably get washed away from the rain anywayyyy _________________ I'll be your little shark. - - - bandspace |

Anyway, hopefully the rain will clear up soon Ok, maybe we'll be able to find a seat then. _________________

I'm doing my go-away-rain dance in hopes that it'll work this time. If this show were to get canceled would they reschedule it? _________________ I'll be your little shark. - - - bandspace |

It's saying to stay away from the downtown area, because of flash flood warnings. Gah, this sucks. Yeah I'm watching the same thing and freaking out a bit... Maybe we won't make the in-store. o_O But I'm definately going to try for the concert. Glad to know it's not cancelled though. _________________

golly pam, your music is cool but not the usual stuff i'd listen to. Nosiness: how do you get gigs around here? EDIT: lol, I' just realized as a musician/concert promoter I should probably know the answer to this. Like, i seriously could get other people a gig I just don't know how to book myself for one in a proper...venue. |

EDIT: lol, I' just realized as a musician/concert promoter I should probably know the answer to this. Like, i seriously could get other people a gig I just don't know how to book myself for one in a proper...venue. For our past two shows we've been invited by bands that book it themselves. Our first show we played Super Happy Fun Land and our last one we played Walter's. I think you would just have to talk to the booking people at a venue and see when there's an available date to play, then you just invite whomever you want to open for you. _________________ I'll be your little shark. - - - bandspace |

Ugh! I really hope it doesn't rain again for the rest of today. They just said in the places that were hardest hit, the rain is letting up. Hopefully that's good news. I don't think I can make the instore anymore though. Did anyone find out anything about cameras at Meridian??? |
