I think CBBT's latest effort just isn't as good as their earlier stuff. There, I said it. Now don't everybody flame me at once, I like the new stuff ok. They totally betrayed their old sound though. But I guess they'll never be able to re-capture the magic of "Lady of Death Eisley" and their first hit "DEATH DEATH DEATH." I mean if you listen to this latest song it's obvious they did something to Noisy Nora's vocals like run it through some weird effects, i dunno. And it sounds like the rest of the band is phoning it in. The "uhhh, wuhhhh, wuhhhh wuuuuuhs" are like the only part that saves it. But whatevers I'm still a fan and "Lady of Death Eisley" still pwns hardcore. _________________ we're really not alone, we have each other |
