Eisleytab.com is the closest you're going to get right now. There's no officially released sheet music. _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

Yeah, this thread: http://www.eisley.com/laughingcity/viewtopic.php?t=23632 has www.eisleytab.com on it. If you can find anyone to actually write some out, that would be interesting. So make sure to share it. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

I just started learning piano about 6 months ago and I was also looking for Eisley sheet music, so I went to that site, but I wasn't sure which tabs were piano and which ones were guitar. I'm lame, I know... but there's a lot of stuff on that site and I got confused. So maybe someone can point out which songs have been tabbed out on piano? And which ones are the easiest to learn for a beginner. _________________ I know how I was born and I know that I have no choice. you can still hear... unless you're totally deaf, you can still put your head next to the piano and feel the vibration. Beethoven wrote masterpieces while deaf so thats no excuse either. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amusia is the only real excuse, and very very few people have it. |

Sometimes people can't differentiate notes well enough. At least not without training. I know I would be hard pressed to pick out songs. Not to mention picking out single notes is easier than chords. If it was just a matter of notes, I might be able to do it. But without education, I could sit around for a decade and still not get the chords right. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

yeah you're right, i'm just saying it becomes easy with practice. also, the problem with picking out the harmony is that sometimes its not very clear or its mixed low on the recording. the real trick is determining if its a powerchord or "full" chord on the guitar, then if its a 7th chord or not. After that you could look at the melody and "fill" in the information. harmonies move in predictable ways. its almost always : 4 7 3 6 2 5 1. Thats probably 90% of all you ever need to knowabout theory. The thing about people who say they never learn theory, is that, if they have good ears, they do. They just don't have the vocabulary to express what they intuitively understand. But - I've always been able to pick out melodies, and I've been taught some theory so I can "fill in information" on harmony, I also play the drums so I have a clear idea of where the "beat" lies. if someone pay pals me 125 I will score out an entire eisley album. Upon completion I want another 125. And I want euros, not dollars. just kidding. But thats actually what the software would cost to do that properly. |
