Pumpkin for sure. Pecan is gross to the max.

wow mer. destest is such a strong word for pie.

did one of them hurt you or something? Wink

When I was a little girl, I was attacked by mobs of German and American pecan pies. Four times.

Pumpkin pies took the life of my first kitty.

I really like pumpkin pie but I find it too much for day to day pie eating. Apple pie is my regular choice.

I just realized that I:
haven't had a blueberry pie
and haven't had a pecan pie.
the latter is probably because I have hated anything with nuts in/on it up until now.
I had never had a cherry pie until recently. I made one and it was very good. ^_^

what? really? gosh! you've just got to try 'em! they're so yummy! and, don't worry about the nuts too much (unless your allergic, or somethin'): most "pecan pie" is pretty much really just "corn syrup pie", with a bit of pecan garnish! but, don't be turned off by the corn syrup either, since, well, uh, it's so yummy!

now, having said all of that, i have never had cherry pie! so… yeah… it sounds good, though!

that's a good point, actually, and i'd say the same thing about pecan pie, too! no matter how yummy they are, you've really got to take 'em in small amounts, and only when you're in the right mood! of course, that's part of what makes 'em such great seasonal pies: they're not an every day kind of thing, they're a once in a while special kind of thing! for my "day to day pie eating" i'd go for apple, too, i think.
