this idea could be useful;

In the case of grossly sold out shows, the band could require that the venue provide directions only in these terms, ensuring that enough seats could be retained for release at the door for the deserving fans (who could presumably follow the directions to the venue)

also: that's awesome!

although I think I might get mixed up with stage placement and actual directions.... I really can only think of Sherri as "right", chauntelle as "left", etc. stage right and stage left mess with my brain!
