Guys, what do you think of Christie joining Eisley? Why wouldn't she? She's old enough, can sing...I mean, why not?
It would be quite the supergroup.
Do you think it would be too many singers?
I'd like to see Chauntelle singing more lead too, so that would be 4 lead singers. I still think it would be awesome.

thoughts? has this ever come up in interviews?

I'm not sure. I think it's nice when Christie sings with them, and maybe she could sing on some upcoming tracks, but I am really looking forward in seeing where she goes on her own. She has the sickest voice and her songs are really catchy.. she'll do some good things! Then again, if it's what they'd ever want to do, cool. The more the merrier! Smile

I think once an interviewer asked them if their younger siblings (Colin is also musically talented) would ever join the band. They said no, the lineup is fixed.

I love seeing Christie do guest performances with Eisley, but instead of joining the band full time I'd prefer that she do her own stuff, be it solo or with Wesley Jensen. Eisley is Eisley and Christie is Christie.

Whilst i think Christie in Eisley would be totally amazing. I think she should stick to her solo career, she's got a lot of things planned for the future. However, she should definitely sing on a few tracks on LP3.

Christie is doing her own thing, and I think she is happy doing that.

However, I think Sherri has commented before (possibly offhanded and not completely serious) about how there are other DuPrees to fill in should anyone leave the band. ha ha.

Christie's great, but I'm looking forward to her solo stuff.

And, no offense to her, but honestly if they're going to add another lead voice to the mix, it should be Chauntelle's.

yes it'd be nice to have her sing as a guest in some of their shows but i think she's already having a lot of stuff w/ wesley jensen. she's strong enough for a solid solo career

Christie has more of a solo-artist voice. I'm so looking forward to hearing her solo material!

in a really old interview - that patrock and i talked about not too long ago - i believe it talks about him playing guitar at that time. that article is probably 5 years old if not older.
so either:

a. he kept up with it and is probably pretty proficient now.
or
b. he lost interest and never learned.
