American, 21. I see no reason why someone would desire the death of a loved one. Of course I'm not in a philisophical mood, but hey. I usually want those I love to stick around. _________________ patrock wrote: Grandma: What are you thankful for?

Argentinian, 17. I think the only reason why someone would ever desire the death of a loved one is if that person had a terrible disease which causes them insufferable pain. What I mean is, I know I don't want my mom to die, but I wouldn't want her to live in pain everyday of her life either. |

American 16. No! Why would anyone want loved ones to die unless they were in a vegetative state or something? _________________ check out my art blog! |

You're missing 3, not that I would have chosen it. American, 24. Strongly disagree. _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

American, 20. I've been so mad that I said I could kill someone I love, but I, of course, never meant it or would ever entertain the idea. I would never, in my life, want someone I love to actually die, even if they were old and it was their time. I would have to vote no on this being a normality. _________________ Albert Camus wrote: Always go too far, because that's where you'll find the truth. |

American 22, Slightly disagree. If I saw someone I loved suffering for years and I'd want them to be relieved of their pain. Of course I'd be sad, but I think that I'd put someone else's pain above my own. However, I believe most people are more selfish about their own emotional pain. _________________ Power is only pain It’s probably better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside the tent pissing in. 32 african-american, slightly disagree. Normality is relative, and this can be a question of faith and wishing death is very specific to circumstances, varying from abused children, resentful teens, jilted pursuers/ lovers, greedy heirs, caregiving children. In some circumstances it seems reasonable, if it fits their beliefs, but what is normal belief? Pretty heady assignment, please share the background and results if you are free to when done. Good luck with it. _________________ yup, that's my name. FOR YOUR RATING PLEASURE: 4 LIKE Buttons, 1 NEUTRAL, 1 VEXED, 5 DISLIKE buttons. LC > FB = personal fave = Eisley fans should dig it |
