I can't think of a better way to start off the New Year than with fresh Eisley tunes. Smile

Not sure if this was posted somewhere in the LC yet, but here's a Behind the Scenes video of Recording the New EP with Andy Freeman. Very Happy Exciting. Recorded instrumental of Lights Out as background track as well. Sounding good!

What a cool video. I love Andy's philosophy and the way the band was so enthusiastic about getting to record at home. And the guitar tone on that "Lights Out" instrumental is positively wicked. I can't wait for January. Very Happy

That is a cool video.

Online only? - the special book packaging is still on, right?

I dug that video a lot, and that looks like a really cool setup.

I laughed at the shot of Sherri throwing away plastic cups while he mentioned "people doing dishes." Smile

At first I was slightly annoyed that we were going to have to wait until January for what was once expected to be the "Fall EP," but now I am quite thrilled. I have gotten so much new music lately that I wouldn't want their new material to get buried in with all of it.

I look forward to January!

Touring: we will essentially touring the EP in March. We have no routing yet but it will likely run up through the mid-west and wind through New England. We have anchored at least one date so... this is real.

My eyes automatically saw England and my heart like skipped right outta my chest...until I re-read and it said New England. Bummed is not even the right word to describe my current feeling Confused

ahh darn.. I'm bummed too. My whole class is going to a school in New England for their Bachelor degrees/internships. I picked a school in Australia Sad (I was the only one that did). Too late to change my mind now.. Come to Australia, Eisley! Please?

They have once. Twice? So there is precedent.

They went to Oz with TBS on their tour waaay back in 2006 or 2007 and then hit the UK again for a little slot with Angels & Airwaves / Reading but that was the last trip to either countries.
