I actually do really hate watching a concert through the tiny digital display of the person in front of me's camera. Perfectly wonderful concerts have been wrecked for me because the people around me felt the need to take pictures the whole. fracking. time. once it's past the third song (if the staging never changes) I don't see the point. |

I heard the rest of the album the other day and it is seriously so much stronger than the single. It's just about as experimental as I had hoped. It has a lot of the dynamic that's becoming present in synth pop-y indie/electronica, but much more of an organic feel because of the instruments. I was extremely impressed. _________________ |

You have great taste in music as far as I'm concerned, and are a lot more straight forward about what you don't like than I ever am, so I am very relieved. There needs to be a sigh of relief/ wipes sweat off brow emoticon. _________________ yup, that's my name. FOR YOUR RATING PLEASURE: 4 LIKE Buttons, 1 NEUTRAL, 1 VEXED, 5 DISLIKE buttons. For some people pretty does not a good album make alone. It's a very ornate & bouyant song, but Stacy just kills it when there that tinge of ache in her voice. & her arrangements/ chord progressions. Some of us were expecting something with maybe a different kind of edge to it. It's a wonderful gift to receive but not what I was hoping for. That music from the commercial for the clothing shop was a surprise got me excited & expecting curveballs. _________________ yup, that's my name. Edit: Also wanted to add that I can't really complain about cameras at shows. I spend way too many hours on Youtube, and am super grateful that people thought to record what turned out to be legendary shows from bands that, in some cases, no longer even exist. _________________ Albert Camus wrote: Always go too far, because that's where you'll find the truth. |

It's a wonderful gift to receive but not what I was hoping for. Yeah, I think that sums it up pretty well. Stacy did a fantastic job on the vocals, but I guess I was kind of surprised how much it sounded like just another Eisley song. |

Stacy said in a new sucre blog post said that tomorrow they'll be doing a couple acoustic performances and interviews. Fingers crossed these performances/interviews will be posted somewhere! She also said the "When We Were Young" video will be released soon. _________________ www.kailahandler.bandcamp.com |
