it'd be cool if eisley covered say something on tour, but i don't know if stay would have it.

anywho, any prior doubts i had with this album are gone.

Just now pre-ordered my copy. Can't freaking wait. Could rival "Room Noises" for my favorite album of all time. If "Hiding Out" is any indicator it will be. Love

The only one I didn't thoroughly enjoy was "Troubled Waters" because, again, I'm so used to the live version (and Stacy is ALWAYS better live). But I can't wait to hear the album and to re-acclimatize my ears to the studio versions.

"Endless Sleep" sounds SO WEIRD in the BEST WAY POSSIBLE.

I'm predicting now that "Chemical Reaction" will be my favorite.

Also: am I crazy or does "No Return" sound eerily familiar? Like a slowed down version maybe of one of their weird secret demos? Regardless, I love the melody.

I won't say TOO much with only 30 second clips, but I'm glad they are available early!

It sounds like it's going to be indeed very "sweet" all around, and a cohesive album, but with enough variety that it stays interesting. Every song made me want to finish the rest, though I'm particularly interested in Stampede, Chemical Reaction, Troubled Waters (though I heard the radio show version), and Endless Sleep.

I don't want to wish time away, but Tuesday will be a fun day, I think!

I love Chemical Reaction so much.
I heard the whole album once awhile ago and liked it very, very much.

But I probably should have never downloaded the Daytrotter session, because I'm seriously obsessed with that version of Endless Sleep. The piano is fantastic. I kind of always prefer a stripped down version of a song, just because I'm into that super simplistic style.

I digress.

It's going to be great.

I could not agree more. I listen to it honestly at least a few times a day. It's probably my favorite Stacy-vocal ever.

Trying to go to the Dallas show at Club DaDa (sp?), and wanted to take my sister who is a huge fan as well, but she is only 16 and its 18+. I messaged Stacy about it because other shows at the club are all ages.

I was hoping they would do a show in Tyler at Liberty Hall. I would probably try to go to that.

That's a club policy and it's extremely unlikely that Stacy can do anything about it. Sorry.

Oh sure, I know that's probably out of Stacy's control. But Why would it be a club policy when the band the night before and the band the next night are all ages?

It's usually a question of ticket sales verses alcohol consumption with venues.

Album is streaming, everyone!

Edit:

Ugh, I'm trying not to comment until I hear and digest all of the songs (I preordered, so definitely listening to the stream now...), but I had to come back to say upon the first song I listened to, my jaw is dropping...and this after falling for the stripped down version from the radio show (Troubled Waters). Loving the layers of sound.
