Has anyone heard directly from TopSpin about the digital download Jeremy mentioned with your CD pre-order (quoted in this thread)? In my question to them they totally ignored my question about digital downloads. My CD left Carson, CA at 5:18 AM this morning. I ordered CD only and nope to both your questions. |

I finally did. I talked to Jeremy about it and it finally came like two days ago. Maybe they just don't know who all didn't get the download...? _________________ cynlovescandy wrote: kulvir wrote: I bet R. Kelly approves of peeing in the shower. The world is R. Kelly's shower. Twitter, actually. I usually would just text him but he's been so busy and he's responding faster on twitter, for some reason. _________________ cynlovescandy wrote: kulvir wrote: I bet R. You all mean that you received a Code, right? I got an e-mail a couple days ago about downloads, but it was generic and gave the address were you redeem the Code. I never got a Code. That e-mail said to reply if you had problems. I did, but I have not heard back. _________________ I am Torgo. I take care of the place while the Master is away. |

i never got a code per se. I got an email saying my order has updated, and the download link was now able to be clicked in the email. once i clicked that, the file asked to be saved. no website redirect or anything _________________ Wil's excellent description of me. wilsmith wrote: You're the Anti-Censorship+Topless Twitpic Parodying+Youth Group Video Directing guy that's a champion for the 1st amendment, Videogames as Art, and unrepentant file sharing... Back to Stacy being a musical genius . . . The way Endless Sleep weaves in between dissonance and consonance is almost like a female version of 'Tiger Mountain Peasant Song' by Fleet Foxes, but more haunting. And The Cliff Waltz brings to mind Neko Case, not in sound, but in its ability to be gorgeous and thought provoking whilst abandoning normal song structure (see Polar Nettles and The Next Time You Say Forever on Middle Cyclone). Endless Sleep from 1:56 to 2:24 is probably the most amazing moment on the record for me. Honorable mention is the bridge on Chemical Reaction. |

I still can't believe how little press or even blog reviews there are for the album. I would think at least some of the ones that review Eisley and/or MuteMath would have Sucre on their radar. Is it that hard to find online? _________________ I am Torgo. I take care of the place while the Master is away. |

Streams count as press, so there's that, along with these promotional shows for Nylon & Vans. It's a very traditional promotional effort, a "go out & play" for people, fans & movers and shakers alike. Daytrotter was a bit of a coup. I mean, if people want to hear the band perform that's worth as much as a well received review. _________________ yup, that's my name. FOR YOUR RATING PLEASURE: 4 LIKE Buttons, 1 NEUTRAL, 1 VEXED, 5 DISLIKE buttons. LC > FB = personal fave = Eisley fans should dig it |
