I plan on buying the Merriment cd at the stl show, but for a second I got to thinking the whole EP would be on one side of the 7", silly me Embarassed

I think they'll sell out, but me, I am pretty picky about music. I'll take vinyl of a song it's the only way I can get a unreleased song I love. (The Velvetteen's Code Red, here's looking at you). I like Kind, but I think, but if it's gonna be a song I own already, I'm holding out for a version of Light's Out that has the music that builds to the in progress opening on the Deep Space version, or... that 10 minute One Last Song jam out I hoping comes to pass one glorious day when Eisley decides to embrace their inner Phish.

But...but... the art and design are killer. It's a great collector's item for fans who are into those types of items. As for that book we'd been hearing about...

Not that I know of other than the the Deeep Space version Fading-in in-progress rather than starting cold or with a count-off. Sherri starts it solo live, but with drums rolling thunderously on Deep Space. I'm guessing Weston kicks it off and I would love to hear him building up steam and then Sherri jumping in like Double-Dutch, which it sounds like what we come in on at the start of the EP. If guitar comes in over sans vocals for a few meausures i'd dig that too. The breakdown at then end "Awake from your slumber" feels like they could just noodle over that for hours with organ and guitar licks.

I'm tempted to buy it, but I don't even own a record player. I just buy things on vinyl for the collectability aspect/display purposes.
